THE SERVICE
Service Plus was formed in 1990 by a group of close friends and family: Dan and Karen DeBruyckere, Steven and Wanda Marshall and Greg Fauvel. With a combined 45 years in the automotive industry, we wanted to create an automotive service center that would be different from the typical garage. We believed that customer service should and would be our number-one priority. This is where the first part of our name (service) comes into play.

THE PLUS
Because we strongly believed that it takes more than making service a priority to earn the loyalty of lifelong customers, we had to strive to be different. Our staff takes pride in being well groomed and our waiting area is always clean and comfortable and stocked with free coffee and snacks. But most importantly, more than any material thing, our staff treats people like people, not like numbers. This is demonstrated by the fact that most of our customers have become our friends over the years.

OUR PROGRESS
Over the course of our years together, things have changed; Dan DeBruyckere has moved on to become a successful attorney; Steve and Greg continue to operate Service Plus as hard working owners who are committed to service and satisfaction. Wanda takes care of advertising (those Christmas cards and coupons, you get) and when not doing those types of things, helps out in the front office; Greg, Steve, & Wanda are our front line, usually the first people you will see or talk to when coming in or calling us.

OUR CREDENTIALS
Besides pampering our customers, we do one other thing, we fix cars, and we do that very well. The Service Plus Team is just as committed to quality as to service. We employ "ASE" certified technicians including a master certified technician. We are also a Massachusetts certified emission testing and repair facility. All of our equipment is state of the art. We also do alignments and air conditioning service. We service all makes and models and our technicians continuously attend training seminars to keep up on today's rapidly changing technology.
